We want to know a bit about your family life.
I'm second out of six children. I'm a native of Bini, a beautiful and colourful tribe in Edo State, Nigeria. I'm married to my best friend, the blessed, best and most romantic guy in the world. We've got two grown-ups.
What drives you to write romance stories?

Do you have hidden messages woven into your stories?
An emphatic YES. Forgiveness, hope, faith, enduring love and light at the end of a dark tunnel are the fundamental themes in my books.
What’s the best thing about your writing and publishing routine?
I'm in control of every step in the publishing process, that's with the leading of my Lord, and the support of my family of course.
What steps did you take to publish your first book?
I found a book in the train one day. I read the author's bio and she stated that she was self-published. Bingo! I went online and researched what self-publishing was all about. I liked it, understood it and tried it. Now I'm stuck, I don't want to get out of the process!
How did you come up with the idea for your recent book/Who’s your favourite character and why?
The idea for my current release, Longing for You came from wondering how a total stranger who is a guy will react if a woman plucked up the courage to ask him to marry her. Honestly, I thought it was a ridiculous idea until I started writing Ryder and Kiarra's love story and I couldn't stop.
My favourite character is Ryder Blade, the sexy indomitable hero because he was in a dark place for a long time. With persistence, tough love and care from Kiarra, the heroine, he turned his attitude and outlook on life and relationship around.

What’s the hardest thing about the publishing process?
Please don't get me started on the EDITING!
At some point, I think the words blur across the screen from reading two hundred and seventy pages over and over again. I almost want to scream, enough!

Any thoughts on Black Lives Matter Movement?
Racial injustice of any kind-whether subtle, or blatant-is a crime against humanity, period. Institutionalized racism is wrong and must stop. Give everyone a chance, irrespective of race. Respect and treat black people the way you treat white people. What part of that simple statement is difficult to understand? Black Lives Matter because we are God's creation, we are wonderfully and beautifully created, so no one should think, or say Black lives don't matter because we do. #BLM.
