Hello Romance Lovers,

|
Drum roll please...
We want to know
a bit about your family life.
I would have to
say that my family reminds me of The Waltons or the family from Good Times. We
all have the best cook outs and family gatherings during the holidays.
What drives you
to write romance stories?
The feeling of
butterflies when meeting someone new and just holding that moment.
Do you have
hidden messages woven into your stories?
Some of my
stories are taken from bits and pieces of my own life and I add on to them.
What’s the best
thing about your writing and publishing routine?
The best thing
about my writing and publishing routine is that I set a goal for how many words
to write a day and I’d write a chapter a day to make the process flow easier.
What steps did
you take to publish your first book?
Wow! I started writing my first book in high
school. I saved it for years until I found out how to publish it. I got help
from an author friend, Brandon Turbeville, who taught me the steps. After that,
I took things into my own hands and grew along with it.
How did you
come up with the idea for your recent book/Who’s your favourite character and
why?
(laughs) The
idea for my recent book is based on a true story of my uncle who is now in
prison for murdering his wife and a few others. It’s a crazy twisted story
similar to those Lifetime movies that every woman loves to watch.
What’s the
hardest thing about the publishing process?
The hardest thing for me is waiting all those hours for the submission and revising so much during the edits. THAT IS TIRING! (laughs).

Why should a
new reader buy your book(s)?
Hello new
reader (laughs) you should buy my new book Crazy Love: The Doc Singletary Story
because it keeps you on the edge of your seat and it teaches a lesson for
dating someone involved in selling drugs.
Working on a
new book/project?
I have so many
ideas and outlines I am putting together, but it’s a SURPRISE!
Brag about any awards or
badges.
I have written many best
sellers on Amazon and Barnes and Noble with over 30 titles.
I won the Southern Authors of America Award, Editor’s Choice Award, Who’s Who Among Entrepreneurs and,
I have been interviewed on two television news programs all over the state of South Carolina. Growing up,
I acted in stage plays and have competed in nearly 20 beauty pageants.

Any thoughts on Black Lives
Matter Movement?
I believe
that the Black Lives Matter is a powerful movement that lets the world know
that African Americans are tired of getting a pass on these crimes of
injustice. I hate when people make an argument about it when it is just
informing that the justice system made it seem like our lives don't matter. I
am praying for change on all racial injustice.

hope that I have inspired many through my books and with so much I have
experienced in life. I want people to keep their head up and never keep it
down. Whatever you want or believe, keep going and keep pushing. 😊 The results will pay off
