"Are you kidding me? Tell her to face reality." Pointing at his chest, he added. "This man is spoken for." Logan winked and carried on, "not even if she was the only woman left in Jersey City. And, will you quit glaring at me, sweetheart," he drawled, his face coated with a huge smile.
His words and comical expression warmed her skin. Lorna ran her fingers over his thighs, drawing rings, her eyelashes raking his face, searching for clues. The toned muscles tensed and relaxed in succession beneath her caressing fingers.
"And what are you doing, Lorna?" he asked wide-eyed.
"Making sure you know I'm the only one for you." Her fingers stretched to his crotch and he jerked his thighs out of reach, his feet slapping hard on the brake pad.
