If you're Single, it's important you watch how someone you're interested in dating reacts when upset, and observe exactly how they respond when you annoy them.
Is he, or she a loose cannon? Does he, or she destroy you with his, or her tongue? Is he, or she quick to hit out with the hand, or in a hurry to throw things? If so, this is a RED FLAG.
Single People, the last thing you want is to be trapped in any sort of relationship with someone who can't control his, or her Anger. Someone without the ability to cap their anger is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode on you.

Is that the type of relationship you want? Do you want to be in a relationship with someone who has no self-control in taming his, or her rage? Guarding your peace of mind and, enjoying a joyful, loving Marriage with a matured individual should be what you pray to have.
Just so you know, maturity and self-control have nothing to do with age.
On the other hand, if you're already married, or in a relationship with someone who has no idea how to control his, or her Anger, I've got 5 Practical Tips to help you cope with your partner's anger issues.
Anger in itself isn't evil because it's a powerful emotion that conveys how we feel about a situation, someone, or something said that hurts or triggers us.
Where Anger becomes a problem is when it's uncontrolled and it becomes, explosive, destructive and dangerous. Anger can lead to violence, hospitalization and even death in some cases.
By the time Anger leads to Rage, say the husband pushes the wife too hard, and she hits her head against a sharp object in the house, bang!!! That tousle can have fatal consequences.
It's important in your Relationship, or Marriage that you consider following these 5 Steps to handle your spouse's anger issues.
Step 1: Reconcile with your husband, or wife after he, or she annoys or hurts you.
Step 2: Settle your quarrels quickly. Don't let it drag on for days, weeks and months. If you allow Anger fester, it can result in cracks in your relationship, or Marriage.

Step 3: Pray for God to give you the grace to Forgive each other. When you're hurting, usually, you don't want to pray but that's when you need to RUN to the LORD in Prayer to heal your hurt.
Step 4: Forgive your spouse in advance. That means, be ready in your heart to Forgive your spouse before he, or she hurts you.
Step 5: When your spouse is in a good mood, encourage your partner to seek help. Suggest Anger Management Training to help them learn how to control their emotion.
