#Brides From #Africa 2- #BurundianBride

Welcome to Brides from Africa!

I hope you are having a fun-filled weekend. In Africa, quite often, we attend weddings on Saturdays.

Today on Brides From Africa, I'm sharing photos of beautiful brides from Burundi.

Here are traditional Burundian brides.

Burundi is a landlocked country in East Central Africa. The country is bordered by Rwanda on the north, Tanzania on the east and south and Democratic Republic of Congo on the west.

There are Tutsis, Hutus and Twas and they speak Kirundi, a Bantu language.

Banana wine, a homemade concoction is essential at any Burundian celebration. A glass can knock you over!

Here is a Burudian saying: Muzungu [white people] have the clocks, but Burundians’ have the time!

Thank you for visiting. Please leave me a comment.

If you have bridal photos to share from your place, send it to me via email and I'll share it here and give you credit. I love romance and swooning over bride photos is my hobby.
